Routes
Your own sales ladders. Project sales, distributors, export or job work, each with the stages your team actually uses. Set them up once, in your own words.
Leads, deals, tasks and reminders that live inside your accounting. When a deal is won, the quotation and sales order are raised from it, with nothing typed twice and no second customer list.
One contact can be working three deals at once, each with its own value, owner and stage. So the CRM tracks every deal on its own, and the funnel always says where each one really is.

A person or business you might sell to: a name, a number and where they came from. A lead stays a lead until they place an order.
A deal: what might be sold, on which route, at which stage. Its value is the total of its lines, built from your own items and services.
Every move is a numbered document with a date and time, so the history shows when a deal moved and why. It never touches your accounts.

QualifiedA task has a due date and time, an owner and a reminder. It stays in the bell until someone closes it with a note on how it went, so reading a reminder never counts as doing the job.
Not closed on time · tasks you set
Set up a standing job once, such as a yearly licence renewal, a quarterly service visit or a monthly retainer, and a task appears by itself each time it is due. Each one is closed with its own note, so "did we renew last year, and who did it?" always has an answer.

A stand-alone CRM stops at "won" and someone retypes the deal into the accounts. Here the documents are raised straight from the deal, and each one moves the deal's stage for you.
The deal, with its customer or lead, currency, rate and lines.
Raised from the deal with everything filled in. A lead can be quoted before becoming a customer. The deal moves to your quoted stage.
The commitment. The lead becomes a customer here and the deal moves to Won.
Goods leave stock against the order.
Posted to your ledger, with tax worked out as usual.
Cash in, settled against the invoice.
Quote, negotiate and quote again: a second quotation moves the deal back to the quoted stage, so the funnel shows where a deal is, not the furthest it once got.
Every open deal as a ball on its stage. Size is the deal's value; colour is how long it has waited against that stage's own normal and maximum days. A big red ball is a large deal going cold.
Which big deals are going cold? One deal end to end: days spent in each stage, everything done, and a print-ready PDF.
Why is this deal taking so long?Calls, meetings, visits and closed tasks, counted by kind and by person.
What did the team actually do?Won, lost and open for each route, with a win rate worked out on decided deals only.
How often does chasing turn into money?Who is carrying what, what has stopped moving, and deals nobody owns, highlighted.
Who is carrying what?Open, overdue, on time and chased, for you and everyone beneath you.
Is the team keeping up?Missed, late and what is due next for every standing job, worst first.
Will the renewals happen?Draw your sales team once on the hierarchy board. It decides who can hand work to whom, and what each manager sees.

No. It is an area inside Accuracy, on the same login. Deal lines use your own items and services, leads become ordinary customers, and quotations and sales orders are the same documents your team already posts.
Yes. A quotation has no effect on your accounts, so it can go to a lead and shows the lead's name. The lead becomes a customer only when they place a sales order, so your customer list fills with people who bought, not everyone you ever quoted.
No. Stage moves, tasks, activities and recurring schedules never touch the ledger. Your books move only when you invoice, exactly as they do today.
Yes, with multi-currency, which comes with Enterprise and Professional. Each deal carries its currency and the day's rate, and the funnel and reports convert every deal to your base currency so the pipeline adds up in one unit.
Not yet. There is no bulk lead import, email-to-lead or website form capture today, and no automatic actions when a deal changes stage. Your team enters leads and moves deals. We would rather tell you now than after you sign up.
Yes. Move it back to an open stage and it is open again, with the whole story still in its history. Stages can be skipped or reversed too, because real deals do both.
