Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in Accuracy Accounting Suite. This policy explains our refund terms and how refunds are handled.
Last updated: 21 June 2026In short: every plan starts with a free trial, and new paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Because our payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle.
1. Free trial
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial that requires no payment card. You are not charged during the trial, so if you decide not to subscribe, you are never billed and no refund is needed.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a new paid subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We will refund the amount paid for that initial subscription period to your original payment method.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date — you can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by law or approved at our discretion (for example, if you contact us promptly after an unintended renewal).
5. Add-ons & usage-based services
Some add-ons and consumption-based services — for example, regional e-invoicing submissions or additional storage that has already been used — may be non-refundable once activated or consumed, except where required by law.
6. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, refund the current period; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are within the 14-day window described above, combine your cancellation with a refund request.
7. Discretionary refunds
Outside the cases described above, refunds are at our reasonable discretion. We review each request fairly and in good faith.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer or refund rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
9. How to request a refund
Email us at support@accuracyaccountingsuite.com with your account email and your order or transaction reference, or contact Paddle directly using the receipt Paddle sent you. We aim to respond within a few business days.
