Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Accuracy Accounting Suite platform. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated: 21 June 2026These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Accuracy Accounting Suite — operated by Abubakar, a sole proprietor based in Lahore, Pakistan ("Accuracy Accounting Suite", "we", "us" or "our") — and govern your access to and use of our cloud accounting and business-management platform, websites, and related applications and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you have authority to do so.
1. The service
Accuracy Accounting Suite is a multi-company, cloud-based accounting and light-ERP platform provided on a subscription ("software as a service") basis. We may add to, improve, or modify features of the Service over time. We do not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice — you remain responsible for the correctness of your records and filings.
2. Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Free trial
We may offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment card. You are not charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. If you do not subscribe, your trial data may be retained for a limited period and then deleted.
4. Subscriptions, billing & Merchant of Record
Paid plans are billed per company on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle — not Accuracy Accounting Suite — is the merchant of record: Paddle processes your payment, charges any applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax), issues your invoice, and handles billing enquiries, refunds and chargebacks.
Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Privacy Policy. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable notice; price changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
5. Renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including false accounting;
- upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software except to the extent permitted by law;
- resell, sublicense or make the Service available to third parties without our written consent; or
- use the Service to build a competing product.
8. Your data & content
You retain ownership of the data and content that you and your users submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure and support the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data and for having the rights necessary to submit it. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for keeping your own records as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting), Paddle (payments), and — where you enable it — government tax-authority systems for e-invoicing (for example, Pakistan's FBR). Your use of those features may be subject to the relevant third party's terms, and we are not responsible for the availability, decisions or acts of third-party systems.
10. Availability & support
We aim to keep the Service available, secure and performing well, but it is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We provide support through the channels described on our website.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, the underlying software, and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice; you are responsible for the correctness of your filings and records and should consult a qualified professional where needed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data beforehand, and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "last updated" date and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or in-app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
