Your numbers tie out — and stay protected
Accuracy is built with audit-grade accounting discipline and security tuned for real small-business risk — a single locked posting engine that always reconciles, paired with two-factor authentication, session hardening and managed cloud backups.
Watertight by design
One locked posting engine; cancelled & reversal vouchers are always excluded, so every report reconciles to the same number.
2FA & session hardening
TOTP two-factor auth, short-lived sessions, no-cache headers and PDF-download lockdown.
Cloud-hosted & backed up
Enterprise cloud infrastructure with managed backups and secure, short-lived document links.
Granular permissions
Per-user, per-form access plus optional N-of-M approval workflows before a voucher posts.
A single locked engine no module can route around
Every voucher in Accuracy — sales, purchases, banking, inventory moves, production, payroll — posts through one locked 20-parameter double-entry engine. No screen and no module gets its own back door, so the books can't drift out of balance.
A universal exclusion rule means cancelled and reversal vouchers drop out of every report, everywhere. Cancellation is reversible and contra-based rather than a destructive delete, so the audit trail stays intact. The result: your Trial Balance, your master balances and every report reconcile to the same number.
- One locked 20-parameter posting engine for every voucher type
- Cancelled & reversal vouchers excluded universally — never partially
- Reversible, contra-based cancellation keeps the audit trail whole
- Trial Balance, master balances and reports tie to one number
Designed around the lost-laptop threat
The realistic risk for a small business isn't a nation-state — it's a laptop left in a taxi with a session still open. Accuracy is built for exactly that. Turn on TOTP two-factor authentication with any authenticator app, and sessions stay short — about four hours — so an abandoned device doesn't stay logged in for long.
Aggressive no-cache headers mean hitting the browser's Back button after sign-out won't resurrect a financial screen, and logins are session-only. Invoices and documents open inline as view-only PDFs, with downloads locked down under owner control. On top of that, granular per-user, per-form permissions and optional approval workflows limit what any single account can do.
- TOTP 2FA via any standard authenticator app
- Short ~4-hour sessions, session-only login
- Aggressive no-cache headers — Back button reveals nothing
- Inline-PDF viewing with owner-controlled download lockdown
- Granular per-user, per-form permissions + optional approvals
Hosted, backed up and isolated per tenant
Accuracy is a cloud-hosted SaaS running on enterprise cloud infrastructure (Azure SQL) with managed backups, so you're not responsible for patching a server or scheduling your own database dumps. Attachments and source documents are stored with short-lived secure links and long-term retention.
Every company's data is isolated per tenant: each company keeps its own books, currency and chart of accounts, and screens and reports are scoped to the company you're working in.
- Enterprise cloud infrastructure on Azure SQL
- Managed backups — no manual database dumps to schedule
- Attachments via short-lived secure links, long-term retention
- Each company's data isolated per tenant

Questions security-conscious teams ask
Accuracy is a cloud-hosted SaaS running on enterprise cloud infrastructure, with the database on Azure SQL. You don't manage or patch any servers yourself.
Yes. Backups are managed for you on the hosting platform, so you're not responsible for scheduling or storing your own database dumps. Attached documents are kept with long-term retention behind short-lived secure links.
Yes — TOTP two-factor authentication works with any standard authenticator app. It's paired with short (about four-hour) sessions, session-only login and aggressive no-cache headers so an abandoned device doesn't stay exposed.
Each company's data is isolated per tenant, and screens and reports are scoped to the company you're working in. Data crosses between companies only where you explicitly grant a user access to more than one.
Yes. Permissions are granular and per-form, set per user, so each person sees and does only what their role requires. You can also layer on optional N-of-M approval workflows so a voucher must be approved before it posts.
